GreenLake Customer Success Project Manager

As a member of the Customer Success CoE team, the CS Project Manager will report to the Director of the CS CoE. This role will be responsible for the effective and efficient project management of several Customer Success key initiatives in collaboration with other members of the CS CoE team. Strong project management, presentation and communication skills are key attributes for this integral, exiting role as part of a dynamic, expanding global Customer Success team.
Responsibilities:

Scope, develop and manage detailed project plans, pro-actively reporting and escalating issues to management as needed Maintain regular, open and clear communications to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Identify, drive and lead problem solving, issue management and cross functional interdependencies for the project deliverables Makes recommendations to improve efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle and encourages adoption of best practices and standard procedures Tracking and monitoring project progress, regularly reporting on status against program objectives
Qualifications:
To be considered for and to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required 5-10 years' working experience in project management with PMP certification (or other recognized Project Management qualification) Demonstrate extensive understanding of project planning tools, methodologies and best practices Highly organised, detail-oriented, multi-tasker possessing the ability to effectively plan and prioritise projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal/communication skills including developing and delivering presentations Proven ability to work creatively, collaboratively, and resourcefully to solve problems COLORADO ONLY:
