We have two offices - Texas City and Webster.
Essential duties and
Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate and be pleasant with patients, physician and other staff members.
Must be self-motivated, well organized and have the ability to work well under pressure Vital signs Rooming patients getting medical , family and social history etc Perform EKG and other diagnostic testing Scheduling and confirming diagnostic testing, procedures at the office and hospital Copying, Faxing, scanning medical records Knowledge of verifying insurance and getting authorization for diagnostic testing, procedures or medications Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
Comfortable answering multiple phone lines and accurately documenting messages Team player attitude.
Other duties as assigned.
