-Delivery Driver
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards as well as access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
Strong communication skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Delivery:
Pre-delivery vehicle preparation, learning the delivery area, checking orders for quality and accuracy, following proper delivery procedures.
Execute cash management duties.
Customer Service:
Provide a high level of customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers at deliveries or when taking phone orders.
Accurately use the POS System, process cash, check and/or credit card transactions.
Support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average when taking an order.
Pizza Making:
On occasion, you will be able to assist by working the pizza cutting station and the pizza topping station.
Preparation:
On occasion, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
Teamwork:
Work as part of a team and assist other team members by being on time for their shift; supporting other workstations during their shift, including cleaning, for example sweeping mopping wiping counters; and completing all opening, shift change, and closing duties, including shift cleaning.
Safety:
Maintaining organized, safe, and clean work areas; comply with safety and security standards and procedures at all times.
Image:
Comply with uniform and appearance standards.
Training:
Complete all training modules that relate to this position.
