We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Territory Manager to oversee business development, sales, and project management in the Florida and Texas regions.
Job Description:
As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and managing projects for office furniture and interior glass partitions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients in the Florida and Texas regions to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility managers.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our products and services.
Sales:
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and value of our office furniture and interior glass partitions.
Understand client requirements, provide accurate quotations, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely order processing.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, forecast sales volumes, and track sales performance.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Project Management:
Oversee the execution of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and installation departments.
Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion within specified deadlines.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring their expectations are met.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record in business development, sales, and project management, preferably in the office furniture or construction industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and influence key decision-makers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present information and proposals to clients.
Highly organized with exceptional time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of office furniture and interior glass partitions is advantageous.
Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and project management tools.
