Responsibilities:
Schedule hourly Operations employees weekly following the contractual overtime cadence and fatigue guidelines to incorporate rest periods into the schedule.
Work with shift foreman to incorporate scheduling requests such as special assignments, training, into the schedule.
Understand and apply sick pay program to ensure sick pay is accurately provided to employees Complete schedules using Indeavor scheduling software Manage vacation sign up logs and assign vacations into Indeavor Work with Indeavor software team on required changes to the software system as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Indeavor is nice to have Previous experience scheduling for internal employees Previous experience in oil/gas is highly preferred Excellent communication skills Time Management Ability to multi-task #IND1.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
