Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, database design, and possess strong analytical skills.
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing insights to enhance business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Skills:
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Power BI for visualization and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in database design and querying using SQL.
- Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project management.
- Ability to vaticinate trends based on data analysis.
- Proficiency in R programming language for statistical computing.
- Experience with Visio for creating flowcharts and diagrams.
