Mechanical Integrity Engineer is to provide overall leadership for mechanical/technical knowledge while providing problem solving skills and solutions to the plant's Mechanical Integrity programs. Individual will also ensure that all Process Safety Management requirements are followed and make certain that the assigned production area's overall maintenance efforts focus on equipment reliability, to eliminate process downtime, and reduce maintenance costs.


Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Five (5)
years experience in a chemical process plant environment with at least one (1) year in Mechanical Integrity and Equipment Reliability.
Practical knowledge of relevant industry codes, such as API and ASME, and the application of Non Destructive Testing methodologies.
Practical knowledge of fixed equipment fabrication, operation & maintenance, repair and alteration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills and function as a team player and program leader.
Ability to effectively solve problems and manage multiple priorities and programs.
Relevant engineering, API inspection and NDT certifications are strongly desired.
Experience with materials selection and damage mechanisms is strongly desired.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
